复方聚乙二醇电解质散不同服用时间段对结肠镜检查行肠道准备的效果探究 被引量:4

摘要 目的 分析复方聚乙二醇(PEG)电解质散在不同服用时间段对结肠镜检查肠道准备的影响情况。方法 选 择2018 年1 月- 2019 年1 月中国贵航集团三零二医院接诊的结肠镜检查患者80 例,按照随机数表法分为观察组与对照组,两组均用复方PEG 电解质散肠道准备,对照组于检查前6h 口服,观察组于检查前12h 口服。评价两组肠道准备量表(BBPS)评分,调查检查依从性,记录不良反应,并比较。结果 两组患者在左半结肠、横结肠、右半结肠BBPS 评分上对比无显著差异(P > 0.05);观察组检查依从率95.00% 高于对照组80.00%(P < 0.05);两组均有不良反应,但组间对比无显著差异(P > 0.05)。结论 结肠镜检查中予以复方PEG 电解质散进行肠道准备时,于检查前6h 与12h 口服可取得相当的肠道准备效果,且不良反应无显著差异,但检查前12h 口服可以提高检查依从性,值得应用。 Objective To analyze the effect of compound polyethylene glycol (PEG) electrolyte powder at different times on colon preparation before colonoscopy. Methods Eighty patients treated with colonoscopy who were admitted to the 302 Hospital of China Guixing Group from January 2018 to January 2019 were enrolled. The patients were divided into observation group and control group according to the random number table method. The two groups were treated with compound PEG electrolyte powder for intestinal preparation. The control group was orally administered powder 6 hours before the examination, and the observation group was orally administered 12 hours before the examination. The intestinal preparation scale (BBPS) scores and compliance of the two groups were evaluated, adverse reactions were recorded and compared. Results There was no significant difference in the BBPS scores between the two groups in the left hemicolon, transverse colon and right hemicolon (P > 0.05). The compliance rate of the observation group (95.00%) was higher than that of the control group (80.00%) (P < 0.05). And there was no significant difference between the groups in adverse reactions (P > 0.05). Conclusion When the compound PEG electrolyte powder is used for colon preparation in colonoscopy, oral preparation can be achieved at 6h and 12h before the examination, and there is no significant difference in adverse reactions. However, oral administration 12h before examination can improve examination compliance. It is worthy of application.
