翻转课堂模式下高校外语教师专业发展策略探讨 被引量:1

摘要 随着信息时代的到来,教育领域发生了重要变化。怎样拓展课堂教学内容,创新教学模式,提升课堂教学有效性,需要广大教师思考。高校外语教师承担着为国家培养懂外语的人才,对国家政治、经济文化交流有着重要意义。在传统的高校外语教学模式下,课堂呈现出效率不高、学生兴趣不浓、教学理念固化、内容拓展性不高等诸多的问题。文章将对翻转课堂模式下高校外语教师专业发展策略进行探讨和分析,旨在推动高校外语教学的发展。 With the arrival of the information age, the field of education has undergone important changes. How to expand the classroom teaching content, innovate teaching mode and improve the effectiveness of classroom teaching, teachers need to think about them. Colleges foreign language teachers are responsible for cultivating talents who understand foreign languages for the country, which is of great significance to the national political, economic and cultural exchanges. Under the traditional college foreign language teaching mode, there are many problems, such as low efficiency, low interest of students, rigid teaching philosophy and low content expansion. This paper will discuss and analyze the professional development strategies of college foreign language teachers under the mode of flipped classroom, so as to promote the development of foreign language teaching in colleges.
