摘要
长尾理论是美国《连线》杂志前主编克里斯·安德森提出的网络时代的新经济理论,阐述了一种符合大数定律的营销现象:长尾现象,即消费者的需求将从主流商品和市场向大量利基产品和市场转变,形成无限延伸的需求曲线。文章尝试基于经济学中的长尾理论,围绕经济和社会发展中需求量最大的应用型人才的培养这一主题,探讨应用型本科院校的人才培养定位与模式构建问题。
The long tail is the new economic theory of the internet era put forward by Chris Anderson, the former editor of wired magazine. The theory expounds a marketing phenomenon which conforms to the law of large numbers. The long tail phenomenon means that consumer demand will shift from mainstream goods and markets to a large number of niche products and markets, forming an infinite extension of the demand curve. Based on the long tail theory in economics, this paper attempts to explore the orientation and model construction of talent cultivation in application-oriented undergraduate colleges and universities by focusing on the theme of cultivating application-oriented talents with the greatest demand in economic and social development.
