摘要
为研究木霉菌剂对蔬菜种苗生长的影响,试验以番茄、黄瓜、辣椒、茄子为试验材料,设置木霉菌孢子粉拌土、浸种、喷雾3种使用方式,清水处理为对照,研究了木霉菌菌剂不同使用方式对4种蔬菜幼苗生长的影响。结果表明:拌土、浸种、喷雾处理能显著提高番茄、辣椒、茄子株高、干鲜重、茎粗以及根系的生长,并提高根系活力,且存在方法以及蔬菜种类之间的差异,浸种处理适用于番茄种苗生产,而浸种和喷雾对辣椒和茄子的促生效果较好;而这3种木霉菌的处理并没明显促进对于黄瓜幼苗生长。总之而言,木霉菌对蔬菜种苗的促生作用存在着蔬菜种类和使用方法之间的差异;因此,需根据蔬菜生产的需要选择最适宜的木霉菌剂施用方法。
To study the effects of on the growth of seedlings,tomato,cucumber,capsicum and eggplant seedlings were used as experimental materials.Three kinds of usage on Trichoderma were studied,namely soil mixing,seed soaking,spraying,and water treatment was used as control.The results showed that,compared with CK,Trichoderma could significantly increase the plant height,dry-and fresh-weight,stem diameter and root system of tomato,pepper and eggplant seedlings and root activity by soaking soil,soaking seeds and spraying.However,the differences were found among the usages or vegetable species,and the treatment of soaking seed with Trichoderma was appropriate for seedling production on tomato;while soaking and spraying treatments had better effectiveness of growth promotion.For cucumber seedlings,Trichoderma treatments did not promote the growth of cucumber seedling.In general,there were some differences of the growth-promoting of Trichoderma on vegetable seedling among the methods of vegetable species,and the most suitable usage of Trichoderma should be selected according to the needs of vegetable production.
