摘要
综放工作面液压支架选型的合理与否直接关系着矿井能否安全、高效地生产,特别是对于大倾角特厚煤层来说,合理确定液压支架工作阻力是工作面围岩控制的关键。以孟家窑煤矿5#煤层开采为例,合理选择了大倾角综放工作面支架-围岩系统结构模型,通过计算确定了工作面液压支架的支护高度、强度和工作阻力,为特厚煤层综放工作面液压支架的选型提供参考。
The rationality of hydraulic support selection in fully mechanized caving face is directly related to whether the mine can safely and efficiently produce. Especially for large-angle and extra-thick coal seams, it is the essential to determine the working resistance of hydraulic support reasonably for the surrounding rock control of the working face. Taking the mining of 5#coal seam in Mengjiayao Coal Mine as an example, the structural model of the large-angle fully mechanized caving face supportsurrounding rock system was selected reasonably. This paper determined the support height, strength and working resistance of the hydraulic support of the working face by calculation, which can provide reference for the the selection of the hydraulic support in fully mechanized caving face of extra-thick coal seams.
