摘要
目的建立金蝉止痒胶囊中蛇床子素含量测定的方法,为其质量控制提供参考。方法采用高效液相色谱法,Kromasil100-5-C18色谱柱(250mm×4.6mm,5μm),柱温:25℃;体积流量:1ml/min;流动相:水-乙腈(30∶70);进样量:10μl;检测波长:322nm。结果金蝉止痒胶囊中蛇床子素能达到基线分离、线性关系良好,平均回收率分别101.7%,RSD为1.36%。该方法的精密度、稳定性、重复性良好。结论该方法可用于金蝉止痒胶囊中蛇床子素的含量测定,可用于金蝉止痒胶囊的质量控制。
Objective To establish an HPLC method for determination of Osthole in Jinchan Zhiyang Capsules to provide reference for its quality control.Methods HPLC was performed on the column of Kromasil 100-5-C18 column.The mobile phase was water-acetonitrile system(30:70)at the flow rate of 1.0 ml/min.The column temperature was 25℃,and the injection volume was 10μl.The detection wavelength were set at 322 nm.Results The osthole reached baseline separation,the linearity was good,the average recovery was 101.7%,the RSD was 1.36%.The method showed high precision,stability and reproducibility.Conclusion The method was simple and could be used for the content determination of osthole in Jinchan Zhiyang Capsules,and could be used for the quality control of Jinchan Zhiyang Capsules.
