摘要
目的分析采用尼莫地平联合神经节苷脂治疗急性脑出血的效果。方法选择2018年1月~2019年1月来院就诊的急性高血压性脑出血患者140例为研究对象,将其分为两组,每组70例。对照组受试者接受常规化治疗,以此为基础,观察组受试者使用尼莫地平联合神经节苷脂治疗,分析比较两组患者的治疗效果。结果对照组治疗总有效率为77.14%,观察组受试者治疗总有效率为94.29%,相较于对照组,观察组受试者的治疗效果明显更好(P<0.05);干预前,两组受试者的BI指数评分以及NIHSS分数无明显差异(P>0.05),干预后,相较于对照组,观察组受试者的BI指数评分以及NIHSS分数改善情况更好(P<0.05)。结论对于高血压性脑出血患者,使用神经节苷酯联合尼莫地平开展治疗,能够取得满意效果,能够改善患者的生活能力以及神经功能,且安全性强,有效性高。
Objective To analyze the effect of nimodipine combined with ganglioside in the treatment of acute cerebral hemorrhage. Methods 140 patients with acute hypertensive cerebral hemorrhage admitted to our hospital from January 2018 to January 2019 were selected as the study subjects, and divided into two groups, 70 patients in each group. The subjects in the control group received conventional treatment. On this basis, the subjects in the observation group were treated with nimodipine combined with ganglioside, and the results were analyzed. Results The effective rate was 77.14% in the control group and 94.29% in the observation group. Compared with the control group, the treatment effect of subjects in the observation group was significantly better(P < 0.05). Before the intervention, there was no significant difference in BI and NIHSS scores between the two groups(P > 0.05). After the intervention, compared with the control group, the improvement of BI and NIHSS scores in the observation group was better(P < 0.05). Conclusion For patients with hypertensive cerebral hemorrhage, ganglioside ester combined with nimodipine can achieve satisfactory results. This approach improves the patients’ living ability and neurological function. Therefore, it is worthy of further promotion and application in clinical practice.
