摘要
在经济全球化背景下,城市群已经成为联通内外的国际交往枢纽和大型开放单元。在我国开放型经济体系建设中,中原城市群承担着成为“内陆地区双向开放新高地”的重要职责。近年来,中原城市群在对内对外开放方面成效显著,然而受开放领域有限、创新水平不高等因素的影响,总体开放水平依然偏低。为此,需要正确处理政府与市场的关系,抓住机遇,规避风险,持续提升中原城市群一体化水平,加强与周边地区合作,统筹推进区域联动发展,深度融入“一带一路”建设,着力培育新的竞争优势。
In the background of economic globalization,city group has already become the international communication hub and large-scale unit for opening up.In the construction of open economic system in China,central plains city group undertakes the important responsibility of becoming“the new highland for two-way opening in inland areas”.In recent years,although the central plains city group has made effective achievements in its openness overseas and at home,due to the facts such as the limited sphere for openness,and the low level of innovation etc,the general level of openness is still rather low.Therefore,it is necessary to correctly deal with the relationship between the government and the market,catch up the opportunity and avoid the risks,consistently improve the integration level of central plains city group,and strengthen the cooperation with the neighborhood areas.Then it is possible to promote the interactive development of the different regions with concerted efforts,integrate in depth into the construction of“one belt,one road”,and focus on cultivating its new competitive advantages.
