摘要
以调研X集团财务共享为例,分析校企合作如何提升会计信息化专业学生实践能力。组建校内外导师组,引导学生分析X集团财务共享中存在的问题:员工培训成本持续增加、内部业务流程繁杂、各单位核算细节存在差异、管理流程被拉。进而提出对策建议:优化中心人员配置、建设财务共享信息系统、加强集团内控管理、优化集团财务业务流程。
taking the financial sharing of X Group as an example,this paper analyzes how the cooperation between school and enterprise can improve the practical ability of students majoring in accounting informatization.Through the establishment of in-school and out-of-school tutor groups,the students find that the main problems existing in the implementation of financial sharing in X Group are as follows:the cost of staff training continues to increase,the internal business processes are easy to be confused,the accounting details of each unit are different,the management process will be elongated,and the decentralization problem will lead to management risks;Furthermore,the students are guided to put forward some countermeasures and suggestions from the following aspects:optimizing the staffing and training of the center,optimizing the financial sharing information system,optimizing the internal control management of the group,and optimizing the financial business process of the group.
