摘要
很多工业部门的能量利用结构不合理,一方面放热,另一方面却需热,因此具有较大的节能潜力。常规方法很难利用这些能量,而改造热泵的工艺条件,可以收回部分废热,供给需热的蒸汽热炉,从而节省大量能源。本文分析了热泵在工业中应用的节能性,结合原冷水机组系统,从环保角度降低工业生产的污染物排放量。
The energy utilization structure of many industrial sectors is unreasonable.On the one hand,it releases heat,on the other hand,it needs heat,so it has great potential for energy saving.Conventional methods are difficult to utilize these energies,but the process conditions of heat pump can be changed to recover part of the waste heat and supply the heatdemanding steam furnace,thus saving a lot of energy.In this paper,the energy saving of heat pump in industry is analyzed,combining with the original chiller system,the pollutant emission of industrial production is reduced from the point of view of environmental protection.
