摘要
考察江苏高职教师工作资源(自主决策、同事支持、上司支持)对工作旺盛感的影响以及个人主动性和主动性人格在其中存在的多重中介作用,采用6种量表对苏中、苏南、苏北六所高校868名高职教师施测。结果表明:工作资源对工作旺盛感具有显著预测作用,主动性人格和个人主动性在工作资源与工作旺盛感之间起显著的多重中介效应。
This research investigated the influence of work resources (independent decision-making, support from colleagues, support from superiors) of teachers in higher vocational colleges in Jiangsu province on the sense of work exuberance and the multiple mediating roles of individual initiative and proactive personality. Using 6 scales, 868 teachers in six colleges and universities in Central Jiangsu, Southern Jiangsu and Northern Jiangsu were tested. The results show that work resources have a significant predictive effect on work exuberance, and the mechanism is that proactive personality and personal initiative have a significant mediating effect on work resources and work exuberance.
