摘要
目的探讨Orem自理康复护理模式在脑梗死偏瘫恢复期患者中的应用效果。方法选取我院2016年5月至2018年9月收诊的120例脑梗死偏瘫恢复期患者作为研究对象,采用远程随机法将其分为对照组(60例,传统康复护理模式)与观察组(60例,Orem自理康复护理模式)。比较两组患者的平衡能力、运动能力、日常活动能力、自我效能感、社会支持水平、主观幸福感与生活质量。结果护理后3个月,观察组患者的Berg平衡量表(BBS)、Fugl-Meyer运动功能评分量表(FMA)、Barthel指数量表(BI)、一般自我效能感量表(GSES)、纽芬兰纪念大学幸福度量表(MUNSH)及脑卒中专用生活质量量表(SS-QOL)评分均明显高于护理前及对照组(P<0.05)。护理后3个月,观察组患者的社会支持总分明显高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论 Orem自理康复护理模式可有效提高脑梗死偏瘫恢复期患者生活质量,改善患者预后水平,值得推广使用。
Objective To explore the application effect of Orem self-care rehabilitation nursing model in patients with cerebral infarction and hemiplegia at convalescence. Methods A total of 120 patients with cerebral infarction and hemiplegia at convalescence admitted in our hospital from May 2016 to September 2018 were selected as the research objects and divided into control group (60 cases, traditional rehabilitation nursing model) and observation group (60 cases, Orem self-care rehabilitation nursing model) according to remote random method. The balance ability, exercise ability, daily activity ability, self-efficacy, level of social support, subjective well-being and quality of life were compared between the two groups. Results At three months after nursing, the scores of Berg balance scale (BBS), Fugl-Meyer motor function scale (FMA), Barthel index scale (BI), general self-efficacy scale (GSES), memorial university of Newfoundland scale of happiness (MUNSH) and stroke specific quality of life scale (SS-QOL) in the observation group were significantly higher than those before nursing and the control group (P<0.05). At three months after nursing, the total score of social support in the observation group was significantly higher than that in the control group (P<0.05). Conclusion Orem self-care rehabilitation nursing model can effectively improve the quality of life of patients with cerebral infarction and hemiplegia at convalescence and improve the prognosis of patients. It is worthy of popularization and application.
