摘要
随着公务员制度的建立和实施,安徽省公务员的培训体制也在不断推进,并形成了独具特色的公务员培训体系。然而,随着中国特色社会主义进入新时代,安徽省公务员的行政管理能力、领导能力和抵御各种风险的能力面临着更高的要求。在此背景下,如何使培训适应新时代,是一个亟待解决的理论和实践问题。文章梳理了安徽省公务员培训的现状,总结其特点与特色,同时揭示了新时代背景下安徽省公务员培训的发展趋势。
With the establishment and implementation of the civil service system, the training system of civil servants in Anhui province is also constantly advancing, and has formed a unique civil service training system. However, as socialism with Chinese characteristics ente rs the New Era, the administrative management ability, leadership ability and ability to withstand various risks of civil servants in Anhui pro vince are facing higher requirements. In this context, how to adapt training to the New Era is an urgent theoretical and practical problem to be solved. This paper combs the current situation of Anhui civil servant training, summarizes its characteristics, and reveals the developme nt trend of Anhui civil servant training under the background of the New Era.
