摘要
以巨峰葡萄为试材,采用叶面喷施的方法研究了聚天门冬氨酸(PASP)对巨峰葡萄产量及果实品质的影响。结果表明:喷施0.2%聚天门冬氨酸+0.2%KH2PO4处理的巨峰葡萄果实中可溶性固形物含量、固酸比、可溶性糖含量及VC含量,与喷施0.4%KH2PO4的对照相比分别提高8.70%、25.63%、16.83%和11.80%,可滴定酸含量降低13.35%,产量则与对照差异不显著。因此在PASP配施钾肥处理钾素减少50%的施用条件下,不仅保持葡萄的产量,同时还提高了钾肥利用效率,是本试验条件下的最佳处理。
The effect of polyaspartic acid(PASP)application by surface spraying on yield and fruit quality of Kyoho grape was studied in this paper.The results showed that the treatment with 0.2%PASP+0.2%KH2PO4 increased the content of soluble solids,solid-acid ratio,soluble sugar and VC contents by 8.70%,25.63%,16.83%and 11.80%respectively compared with the control with 0.4%of KH2PO4,but decreased the titratable acid content by 13.35%.There was no significant difference in yield between them.In conclusion,the treatment of 0.2%PASP+0.2%KH2PO4 could not only maintain the grape yield but also enhance the potassium use efficiency,so it was the optimum treatment under the conditions of this experiment.
