摘要
随着我国科技与经济的发展,我国在食品与药品微生物检验方面有了一定进步,但做好质量控制在检验方面仍具有重要意义。本文分别从“人、机、料、法、环”以及检验报告六个要素分析了食品与药品微生物在质量控制方面的相同点和不同点,最后发现,对食品与药品微生物质量控制的不同点,更要慎重区别对待。
With the development of science and technology and economy, China has made some progress in the microbiological inspection of food and pharmaceutical, but it is still of great significance to do quality control well in the inspection. This paper analyzes the similarities and differences in the quality control of food and pharmaceutical microorganisms from the six elements of “human, machine, material, method, environment” and the inspection report, and finally finds that the differences in the quality control of food and drug microorganisms should be treated more carefully.
