摘要
为丰富苏打盐碱化土地生态经济植物种,提供菊芋在苏打盐碱化土地栽植的理论支持,本研究利用主成分分析法和聚类分析法对吉林省西部本地菊芋品种生长、生物量特点进行描述、分类,并在该区域苏打盐碱化淡黑钙土上进行"南芋1号"栽植试验,研究其适应性及产量性状。结果表明:①本地品种菊芋均自然分布于pH≤8.05、电导率≤0.159ms/cm的土壤上;②主成分分析可知,影响该区域菊芋生长、产量状况的主要正向因子包括块茎鲜重、块茎颜色和块茎平均直径等;③聚类分析可知,该区域菊芋品种分为3大类,第2类和第3类推广前景较好;④"南芋1号"在pH为8.82、电导率为0.261ms/cm的苏打盐碱化淡黑钙土存活、生长状况良好,栽植第2a紫色块茎植株和白色块茎植株的块茎鲜重分别可达到本地菊芋块茎鲜重平均值147.83%和119.59%。综上所述,吉林省西部本地菊芋品种产量差异较大,耐盐性较差,"南芋1号"对苏打盐碱化土壤的适应范围广于本地菊芋品种,且产量较高,适宜在苏打盐碱化土壤上种植、推广。
In order to enrich the plant species with high economic and ecological benefits and provide theoretical support for the plantation of Helianthus tuberosus L.on the soda saline-alkaline land,in this research,the principal component analysis and the cluster analysis were used for the growth and the biomass feature description and classification of the local Helianthus tuberosus L.species in the Western Jilin Province.And planting experiment of "Nanyu No.1" was carried out on the soda salinized light chernozem soil in this area to study its adaptability and yield characters.The results show that:(1) Local Helianthus tuberosus L.species all distribute in the soil with the pH≤8.05 and the conductivity ≤0.159ms/cm;(2)According to the results of the principal component analysis,the main positive factors affecting the growth and the yield of the local Helianthus tuberosus L.species include fresh weight of tuber,tuber color and average diameter of tuber,etc.;(3)The results of the cluster analysis show that the local Helianthus tuberosus L.species can be divided into three categories: the second category and the third category have better promotion prospects;(4)"Nanyu No.1" survives and grows well on the soda salinized light chernozem soil with the pH of 8.82 and the conductivity of 0.261 ms/cm,and in the second year of planting,the fresh tuber weight of the purple tuber plant and the white tuber plant of "Nanyu No.1" can reach the 147.83% and the 119.59% of that of the local species respectively.In conclusion,the yields of the local Helianthus tuberosus L.species in the Western Jilin Province differ a lot,and their salt tolerances are poor,and "Nanyu No.1" has a wider range of adaptability for the soil salinization than that of the local species in the Western Jilin Province,and its yield is relative high,so it is suitable to be planted and promoted on the soda salinized soil.
