摘要
文章采用文献调研法研究图书馆文化精准扶贫,发现目前学界研究图书馆文化精准扶贫的方法主要有调查研究法、案例分析法和比较研究法;国内学术界研究焦点主要集中于精准识别、现状及存在的问题、扶贫模式与实现路径等方面.国外学术界研究则从农村图书馆与信息服务对贫困地区发展的影响、贫困农村居民信息需求与图书馆精准服务研究、文化多样性与多维贫困的精准识别研究、基于知识管理开展精准扶贫研究等角度展开.
The paper researches on targeted cultural poverty alleviation of library by using the method of literature research,and finds that the major research methods used in targeted cultural poverty alleviation studies of library includes investigation, case analysis and comparative method. Domestic academic researchescircles focused on accurate identification, current situation, existing problems, poverty alleviation model and realizing paths. Foreign academic studies were undertaken from perspectives of the impacts of rural libraries and information services on the development of poverty-stricken areas, information needs of poor rural residents and targeted library services, cultural diversity and accurate identification of multi-dimensional poverty, and targeted poverty alleviation research on basis of knowledge management.
