摘要
本文在综述技术进步偏向和技能溢价的相关研究的基础上,借鉴Acemoglu提出的“任务-技能”模型,讨论劳动力市场均衡以及技能溢价的决定因素,利用2006年-2016年中国人口和就业数据,从技术进步偏向角度,分析人工智能技术对我国技能溢价的影响。结果显示,人工智能技术偏向于提高高等级技能劳动力的边际生产力,呈现显著的技能偏向。人工智能技术的进步与发展,将进一步提高高等级技能劳动力的工资,而不利于中等等级技能劳动力的工资增长。
The paper reviews the relevant researches of biased technical change and skillpremium, and use the "task-skill" model proposed by Acemoglu to discuss the determinant of the equilibrium of labor market and relative wage of different skill labor force. On this basis, the paper analyzes the influence of Artificial Intelligence technology on the skill-premium of China with China’s data from 2006-2016. The results show that Artificial Intelligence technology tends to improve the marginal productivity of high-grade skilled labor. The development of Artificial Intelligence technology will further increase the wages of the high-grade as well as low-grade skilled labor force, but will decrease the wage of the medium-grade skilled labor force.
