摘要
纳米热喷涂技术作为表面工程领域一种新兴的技术,近年来发展迅速.基于纳米材料与热喷涂技术相结合制备的涂层,涂层中的纳米结构能突破传统微米级涂层的性能界限.主要介绍了热喷涂纳米涂层特点,以及近年来制备热喷涂纳米涂层的新工艺和热喷涂纳米涂层材料的体系分类情况.
As an emergant technology in the field of surface engineering, nano-thermal spraying technology has developed rapidly in recent years. Based on nano-material re-granulation and combined with thermal spray technology, nanostructures in the coating can break the limits of performance of traditional micron-scale coatings. This paper mainly introduced the thermal spraying nano-coatings, the new process of thermal spraying nano-coatings and the classifications of the material system of thermal spraying nano-coatings.
