摘要
新中国成立70年来的扶贫经历了计划经济条件下的扶贫、体制改革推动的扶贫、大规模开发的扶贫、扶贫攻坚、综合扶贫、精准扶贫等阶段。70年扶贫开发工作成绩斐然,七亿多贫困人口摆脱贫困。新中国70年扶贫的基本经验是坚持党的领导、坚持以人民为中心、坚持精准扶贫的基本方略、坚持扶志与扶智相结合、坚持动员全社会力量共同参与。
Since 70 years of the founding of the People's Republic of China (PRC), China has experienced the planned economy under the conditions of poverty alleviation, system reform to promote the poverty alleviation, large-scale development, crucial for poverty alleviation, comprehensive poverty alleviation, accurate phase of poverty alleviation. Over the past 70 years, remarkable achievements have been made in poverty alleviation and development. Over 700 million poor people have been lifted out of poverty, and valuable experience has been gained. The basic experience of poverty alleviation in the past 70 years of new China is to adhere to the leadership of the party, focus on the people, stick to the basic strategy of targeted poverty alleviation, persist in the combination of supporting the will and wisdom, and mobilize the whole society to participate.
