摘要
习近平总书记以“九个坚持”为核心关于教育的重要论述博大而精深,且在不断丰富发展,是我们做好教育工作的根本遵循。2018年安徽高等教育毛入学率52.2%,提前两年迈入高等教育普及化。普及化如何实现科学发展?那就是以习近平总书记关于教育的重要论述为根本遵循,重点解决三大保障问题:一是坚持加强党对高等教育事业的全面领导,提供根本政治保障;二是不断加大投入,坚持下好优先发展高等教育事业重要先手棋,提供坚实物质保障;三是直面高等教育大而不强的“成长的烦恼”问题,全面深化改革创新,提供体制机制保障。
General Secretary Xi Jinping s important exposition on education,centered on“Nine Persistences”,is extensive and profound,and is constantly enriching and developing,which is the fundamental principle for education development.In 2018,the gross enrollment rate of higher education in Anhui Province was 52.2%,stepped into popularization of higher education two years ahead of schedule,How can we achieve scientific development?That is to follow the fundamental principle of General Secretary Xi Jinping s important exposition on education,and focus on solving the three major security issues:Firstly,we should insist on strengthening the overall leadership of the Party on higher education,providing fundamental political guarantee;secondly,we should continue to increase investment to give priority to the development of higher education,being important first hand chess,providing solid material guarantee;thirdly,we should face up to the“growing pains”of higher education,which being big but not strong,and deepen reform and innovation comprehensively,providing system and mechanism guarantee.
