摘要
“互联网+”商业模式的快节奏要求新商科人才具备丰富的交叉学科知识、全面的现代商务技能、终身自主学习的能力和习惯,以及创新的思维与胆识。高等院校商科教育必须做出变革以适应“互联网+”新商业模式对新商科人才的要求。第一,搭建高校教学联盟,为商科学生提供跨校学习跨专业知识的机会;第二,建立优秀校友组成的社会实践导师人才库,提升商科学生社会实践质量;第三,建设校友会员制在线教育平台,引导商科学生养成终身学习习惯;第四,打造“三师”型导师队伍,试行定制化商科人才培养模式。
The fast pace of “Internet plus” requires business talents to have abundant interdisciplinary knowledge, comprehensive modern business skills, independent lifelong learning habits, and innovative thinking and courage. In order to adapt to these requirements, universities need to improve their business education programs in the following ways, Firstly, establish university teaching alliances to provide cross-school learning opportunities for business students. Secondly,establish a talent pool of outstanding alumni social practice mentors to improve the quality of business students’ social practice. Thirdly, build an online education platform for alumni members to develop lifelong learning habits. Finally, build a three-qualified mentor teaching team and try out the customized business talents training mode.
