摘要
为了给予高校网络化实验室更好的建设工具,实现现代化自动控制生产实训,本文选取PLC作为核心控制器,建设存储站、搬运站、加工站、检测站、供料站,构成自动控制生产实训系统。测试结果表明,系统支持药物产品生产,加工站、分类存储站运行较为稳定,搬运站伸缩机旋转位置需要进一步调控。
In order to provide a better tool for the construction of network laboratory in colleges and universities, and realize the modern automatic control production training, this paper selects PLC as the core controller, and constructs the storage station, handling station, processing station, testing station, and feeding station to form the automatic control production training system. The test results show that the system supports the production of pharmaceutical products, the operation of processing station and classified storage station is relatively stable, and the rotating position of the extender in the handling station needs further regulation.
