摘要 为满足国家电网安全运行和有效的安全维护,对高压输电线路进行雷击检测并采取必要防雷措施是十分必要的.针对普通的PCB罗氏线圈容易受电磁干扰和安装工艺影响而降低测量精度的问题,设计了一种C型多层的PCB罗氏线圈作为雷击电流检测传感器.以MSP430处理器为核心,完成了整个电路系统设计和实际装置的研发.在分析了电磁干扰和安装工艺影响基础上,增加了抗干扰措施,有效降低了干扰.实验结果表明,系统最大检测误差为4.0%,满足了实际应用需求.该系统雷击电流波形和幅值对输电线路进行差异化防雷设计具有指导意义,而且成本低廉,易于推广普及. In order to meet the safe operation and effective safety maintenance of the State Grid, it is necessary to detect lightning strikes on high voltage transmission lines and take necessary lightning protection measures. Aiming at the problem that ordinary PCB Roche coil is easy to be affected by electromagnetic interference and installation technology and reduces measurement accuracy, a C-type multi-layer PCB Roche coil is designed as lightning current detection sensor. With MSP430 processor as the core, the design of the whole circuit system and the development of the actual device are completed. The electromagnetic interference and installation technology are analyzed. Based on the influence of installation technology, anti-interference measures are added to effectively reduce the interference. Tlie experimental results show that the maximum detec-tion error of the system is 4. 0%, which meets the practical application requirements. It has guiding significance for lightning current wavefonn and amplitude to differentiate lightning protection design of transmission lines. The cost is low, and it is easy to popularize.
