摘要
根据施工现场对杭绍台高速高架桥40m预制梁段的裂缝检测和统计,通过空间实体有限元分析了标准4m节段预制箱梁在施工过程中可能出现的各种不利情况,得出了预制箱梁顶板顶底面和裂缝区域的应力值,根据箱梁受力特点,提出防治节段预制箱梁顶板底面裂缝防治措施。
According to the crack detection and statistics of 40m prefabricated beam section of Hangzhou-Shaotai high-speed Viaduct on the construction site,various disadvantageous situations of standard 4m prefabricated box girder in the construction process are analyzed by space entity finite element method,and the stress values of top and bottom of prefabricated box girder roof and crack area are obtained,according to the stress characteristics of box girder.Points out the prevention and cure measures of cracks on the bottom of the roof of prefabricated box girder.
