Determination of Sodium Dimethyldithiocarbamate in Water by Pre-column Derivatization-High Performance Liquid Chromatography

摘要 建立了柱前衍生-高效液相法测定水中二甲基二硫代氨基甲酸钠(DTC)含量的方法。水样中的DTC和钴离子柱前衍生为稳定的络合物,用乙腈复溶解后采用C18色谱柱,以乙腈/水(60/40)为流动相等度洗脱,在257 nm波长下进行检测。结果表明,在0~100.0 mg/L范围内,DTC的质量浓度与对应的峰面积线性关系良好,方法的检出限为0.07 mg/L,DTC在水样中的平均回收率为99.3%,精密度(RSD)为2.5%。该方法准确、可靠,操作简便,可应用于快速检测水中DTC的含量。 A new method was developed for the determination Sodium dimethyldithiocarbamate in Water using high performance liquid chromatography with pre-column derivatization. The DTC in water and cobalt ion were derivatized as a stable complex. The complex was dissolved in acetonitrile and the chromatographic separation was performed on a C18 reversed phase column using acetonitrile/water(60/40) as the mobile phase and quantified by UV-vis spectroscopy at the wavelength of 257 nm. The results showed that the calibration curve was linear within the range of 0~100 mg/L. The limit of detection of this method was 0.07 mg/L. The average recovery and precision of DTC in water samples were 99.3% and 2.5% respectively. This method is simple, accurate and reliable, which is suitable for the rapid determination of DTC in water.
