摘要
随着医疗理念的转型和预约制度的推广,医院候诊空间的人性化设计备受关注。该文基于人性化的视角,结合实地调研与物理环境测试,针对人们在候诊空间中对于停留等候、健康舒适等基本需求和其他更高层次的行为心理需求,从候诊空间的弹性设计、环境调节、个性化处理三个方面来分析香港大学深圳医院候诊空间的使用现状及其人性化设计策略,同时针对现状不足提出候诊空间人性化设计的优化方法,为既有大型综合医院和未来医院的候诊空间优化设计提供可参考的思路。
With the development of the medical concept and the promotion of the appointment system, the humanized design of waiting space in hospital has attracted much attention. From the perspective of humanization, combined with onsite survey and field measurements, focusing on waiting, comfort and other needs, we study the status quo and the humanized design of waiting space in the University of Hong Kong-Shenzhen Hospital from the aspects of resilient design, environmental adjustment as well as personalized treatment, and put forward some corresponding optimization suggestions which also contribute to the improvement and the design of waiting space in both existing and future hospitals.
