基于World Wind的三江源水资源电子沙盘研究

摘要 三江源地区作为国家自然保护区,其水资源保护至关重要。本研究基于WorldWind三维GIS平台,融合海量遥感数据、数字高程数据以及水利等多源数据,采用组件开发、数据缓存、瓦片金字塔以及三维建模等技术,设计并开发水资源电子沙盘系统。以三江源地区为研究区域进行应用,结果表明:基于WorldWind构建的三江源水资源电子沙盘系统具有较好的实用性、可扩展性以及可视化效果,可为三江源地区水资源高效利用与科学管理提供技术手段支持与决策服务,同时也可为其他水利业务的电子沙盘设计开发提供参考。 As a national natural reserve, it is important to protect water resources in the source area of Three Rivers. The study could develop the electronic sand table system for water resources based on World Wind platform, with the integration data of massive remote sensing, digital elevation and water conservancy. Such technologies as component, massive data cache, tile pyramid and 3D modeling were also used in the system. The case study of the source area of Three Rivers shows that the electronic sand table of water resources is of good practicability, scalability and visual effect. It can provide a new important method and decision support for reasonable and efficient management of water resources. It is also a useful reference for designing the electronic sand table of water service.
