摘要
VOCs广泛来源于石油化工、有机化工、表面涂装、包装印刷、涂料生产等工业行业,不仅直接威胁人们的身体健康,也是雾霾、光化学烟雾污染的重要前体物。目前,我国已将VOCs和颗粒物、SO2、NO2等污染物一起列为大气防控重点污染物。阐述了光催化氧化技术处理VOCs工作原理及在印刷工业的应用,旨在节约企业成本,提高实际处理效率及能力,为促进光催化氧化技术的改进提供参考。
VOCs are widely used in petrochemical,organic chemical,surface coating,packaging and printing,paint production and other industries;they are not only directly threaten people’s health,but also an important precursor of smog and photochemical smog pollution.At present,China has listed VOCs and particulate matter,SO2,NO2 and other pollutants together as key pollutants for atmospheric prevention and control.This paper describes the working principle of photocatalytic oxidation technology for VOCs and its application in the printing industry.It aims to save enterprise cost,improve actual processing efficiency and capacity,and provide reference for promoting the improvement of photocatalytic oxidation technology.
