摘要
针对传统水尺计重存在的成本高、效率低、误差大的问题,提出一种基于超声相控技术的新型船舶计重方法。以超声相控技术为基础,设计了用于船舶计重的超声阵列换能器,搭建测试平台对换能器的性能进行测试,之后利用该换能器对加载重前后的水下船体进行相控扫描,同时重构出水下船体三维模型并计算出体积,利用阿基米德定理计算排水量,最后根据排水量之差计算出载重。以小型载重船模为测量对象,计算在不同载重时的误差大小,并对船模下降20mm时的计重结果进行不确定度分析。结果表明,载重10kg以内时该方法的计重误差不超过2%,随着载重量的增加计重误差会相应减小。
To solve the problems of high cost,low efficiency and large error in the traditional water gauge,a new ship weighting method based on ultrasonic phase control technology is proposed.Ultrasonic array transducer was designed and test platform was built to test the performance of the transducer.The displacement of the ship was calculated based on Archimedes ’ theorem through reconstructing the 3-dimensional model of the underwater hull by phased scanning it with the transducer.The ship load was calculated based on the difference of displacement before and after ship load.The error of different load was calculated with a small loaded ship model as the object under test,and the uncertainty of the weighting result with the ship model being lowered by 20 mm was analyzed.The result showed that the weight error of the method did not exceed 2% while the load was less than 10kg,and the weight error would decrease correspondingly with the increase of the load.
