摘要
以宜宾市、区(县)环境监测站为例,基于“十二五”期间人才队伍、硬件设施、技术能力水平、质量管理和经费投入保障五个方面的现状,提出市、区(县)环境监测站存在的问题和发展的思考。
This article studied the status of talent team,hardware facilities,technical capability level,quality management and fund input of municipal and district(county) environmental monitoring stations under the background of Twelfth Five-Year Plan period in Yibin city. It suggested the existing problems and reflections of development.
