摘要
利用大型纯凝汽轮机机组的抽汽以集中供热,用底置式背压供热汽轮机替代传统的减温减压器,能够提高能源利用率,实现能量梯级利用。随着主机负荷的下降,底置式背压供热汽轮机效率存在先上升后下降的趋势,综合效率不高。在主机高负荷时,调节级效率很低、焓降占比大导致底置式背压供热汽轮机效率很低。其功率与供热蒸汽量、理想比焓降、效率等因素有关。此外,对背压机方案设计进行了进一步探讨,分析研究其驱动方式和调温手段,为电厂供热改造提供依据。
Extraction of condensing unit can be used for central heating.Bottom backpressure steam turbine can replace the desuperheater and decompressor and improve energy utilization rate.With the decrease of load,the efficiency of the bottom backpressure steam turbine rises first and then decreases.At high load,the efficiency of governing stage is low and the proportion of enthalpy drop in the governing stage is large,it leads to the low efficiency.Its power is related to steam flow,ideal enthalpy drop and efficiency.Extraction heating modes are also discussed,including driving mode and desuperheating,which provides gist for heating alteration in power plants.
