摘要 通过建立二次再热机组汽轮机系统耗差模型,研究探讨基准值选取方法,并应用在某二次再热1000MW超超临界机组性能诊断、运行优化中。实践表明:建立的二次再热机组耗差模型对二次再热机组性能诊断、运行优化等实际工作具有指导作用,为今后二次再热机组运经济运行、节能管理工作提供参考。 The paper established a consumption differential model for a steam turbine system of a secondary reheater unit,studied and discussed the method of selecting benchmark value,and applied in performance diagnosis and operation optimization of a 1000MW ultra supercritical unit with secondary peheating.The results show that the consumption difference model of secondary reheat unit established in this paper can be applied to the practical work of performance diagnosis,operation optimization and energy-saving management of secondary reheat unit.The paper provided a reference for the economic operation and energy-saving management of secondary reheating units in the future.
