摘要
构建2006-2015年省际面板数据,采用随机前沿分析方法对我国30个省市区的大中型工业企业技术创新效率进行测度,把R&D内部支出、政府支持力度、产学研协同创新纳入技术创新无效方程,分析大中型工业企业技术创新效率及存在差异的关键因素。研究结果表明:我国大中型工业企业技术创新总平均效率为0.545;东中西部三大区域的技术创新平均效率有较大差异;R&D内部经费支出对技术创新效率存在正向作用,政府支持力度、产学研协同创新对技术创新效率存在负向作用。
Constructing inter-provincial panel data from 2006 to 2015, and using stochastic frontier analysis method, the technological innovation efficiency of large and medium-sized industrial enterprises in 30 provinces and cities in China is measured, and R&D internal expenditure, government support, industry-university-research collaborative innovation are incorporated into the inefficiency equation of technological innovation to analyze the key factors of technological innovation efficiency and differences of large and medium-sized industrial enterprises. The results show that the total average technological innovation efficiency of large and medium-sized industrial enterprises in China is 0.545. The average efficiency of technological innovation varies greatly in the three regions of east, central and western China. The internal expenditure of R&D has a positive effect on the efficiency of technological innovation, and the government support and industry-university-research collaborative innovation have a negative effect on the efficiency of technological innovation.
