摘要
在欧洲一体化背景下和复杂的国际环境中,欧洲近期出现了英国脱欧、欧债危机、恐怖主义、难民危机等危机。这些危机充分地表明欧洲一体化进程内部出现了问题。当前的欧洲一体化没有顺应欧洲各国不同的历史文化条件。虽然欧洲当局提出了"多速欧洲"的构想来应对危机,但在无法解决根源问题的境况下,欧洲一体化的前景难以乐观。
On its path to integration in a complicated international environment, Europe has recently seen Brexit, European debt crisis, terrorism, refugee crisis among other problems, which are ample evidence of problems within European integration. By reviewing the process of European integration, this paper analyzes these crises and their root causes. The current European integration has not adapted to the different historical, ethnic and cultural conditions of European countries. Although European authorities have put forward the idea of a "multi-speed Europe" to deal with the crisis, the prospects of European integration cannot be optimistic without addressing the root causes.
