摘要
虚拟现实(VR)可以追溯到20世纪50年代,并在20世纪80年代被NASA用于训练宇航员时投入实际使用。目前,VR通过利用现有的移动电话作为VR体验平台来吸引消费者。世界各地和各行各业的创新公司正在利用这项技术,不仅以新颖和身临其境的方式传达他们的业务信息,而且通过利用情感联系来接近他们的客户,从而促进客户参与。笔者将展示移动通信企业如何为客户开展移动VR体验,以及从这些数字计划中获得的商业价值和经验教训。
Virtual reality (VR) can be traced back to the 1950s and put into practical use when NASA used it to train astronauts in the 1980s. Currently, VR attracts consumers by using existing mobile phones as VR experience platforms. Innovative companies around the world and in all walks of life are using this technology not only to convey their business information in innovative and immersive ways, but also to approach their customers through emotional connections, thereby promoting customer participation. The author will show how mobile communication enterprises can develop mobile VR experience for customers, as well as the business value and lessons learned from these digital plans.
