摘要
目的分析小儿喘息性疾病采用3%高渗盐水联合布地奈德、异丙托溴铵、沙丁胺醇雾化吸入治疗的临床疗效。方法 2016年1月-2018年6月,于安阳市妇幼保健院收治的小儿喘息患儿中选取92例,随机分为两组,治疗药物均为布地奈德、异丙托溴铵、沙丁胺醇,对照组将以上药物溶于生理盐水中,观察组将其溶于3%高渗盐水中,对患儿行雾化吸入治疗,对比两组临床疗效、症状缓解时间、住院时间以及不良反应发生情况。结果观察组治疗总有效率为95.65%,高于对照组的78.26%,差异有统计学意义(χ2=6.5287,P<0.05);观察组住院时间、喘息缓解时间、咳嗽缓解时间、气促缓解时间、肺部啰音消失时间均短于对照组,(t=8.5262、5.6326、8.1126、7.5215、6.3625,P<0.05);所有患儿均顺利完成雾化吸入治疗,观察组中有2例患儿频繁咳嗽,但可耐受,行对症处理后得到有效缓解,对照组中没有患儿出现明显不良反应。结论小儿喘息采用3%高渗盐水联合布地奈德、异丙托溴铵、沙丁胺醇雾化吸入治疗的临床疗效显著,可推广。
Objective To analyze the clinical efficacy of 3% hypertonic saline combined with budesonide, ipratropium bromide and salbutamol in the treatment of asthmatic diseases in children.Methods From January 2016 to June 2018, in our hospital the children with pediatric breathing 92 cases were randomly divided into two groups, the treatment are all budesonide and isopropyl bromide, salbutamol those medicine in control group dissolve in normal saline, observation group to dissolve in 3% hypertonic saline, aerosol inhalation treatment children, compared two groups clinical curative effect, symptom relief time, length of hospital stay, and adverse reactions.Results The total effective rate of the observation group was 95.65%, higher than that of the control group(78.26%), with statistically significant difference(χ2=6.5287, P<0.05). In the observation group, the time for the disappearance of rafter, the time for the relief of breathlessness, the time for the relief of cough, the time for the relief of wheezing, and the time for hospitalization were all shorter than those of the control group, with statistically significant differences(t=8.5262, 5.6326, 8.1126, 7.5215, 6.3625, P<0.05). All the children successfully completed the atomization inhalation treatment. In the observation group, there were 2 cases of frequent cough, which was tolerable and effectively alleviated after symptomatic treatment. No significant adverse reactions were observed in the control group.Conclusion 3% hypertonic saline combined with budesonide, ipratropium bromide and salbutamol is effective in the treatment of pediatric wheezing.
