摘要
目的感染后咳嗽联合应用布地奈德福莫特罗干粉吸入与孟鲁斯特治疗的临床效果。方法选取90例2017年1月-2019年1月在南阳市第一人民医院治疗的感染后咳嗽患者,随机分为两组(对照组和研究组各45例),对照组给口服孟鲁斯特治疗,研究组在此基础上加用布地奈德福莫特罗干粉吸入剂治疗,比较两组咳嗽症状评分和治疗效果。结果研究组与对照组治疗后的咳嗽症状评分为(0.5±0.2)分和(1.1±0.5)分,组间差异明显,有统计学意义(t=7.474,P<0.05)。研究组治疗有效率为95.6%,与对照组的75.6%比较显著较高,有统计学差异(χ2=7.283,P<0.05)。结论感染后咳嗽患者应用孟鲁斯特治疗的同时,联用布地奈德福莫特罗干粉吸入可有效减轻患者咳嗽症状,提高临床治疗效果,值得推广。
Objective To observe the clinical effect of inhalation of budesonide formoterol powder and monrost in the treatment of postinfectious cough.Methods Totally 90 patients with post-infection cough treated in our hospital from January 2017 to January 2019 were randomly selected and divided into two groups. The control group was treated with monrost orally, and the research group was treated with budesonide formoterol powder inhalation on this basis, and the scores of cough symptoms and treatment effects of the two groups were compared.Results The scores of cough symptoms of two groups after treatment were(0.5±0.2) and(1.1±0.5), with significant difference between the two groups(t=7.474, P<0.05). The effective rate of treatment in the study group was 95.6%, which was significantly higher than that of the control group(75.6%,χ2=7.283, P<0.05).Conclusion The inhalation of budesonide formoterol powder in combination with monrost in the treatment of post-infection cough patients can effectively reduce the cough symptoms and improve the clinical effect, which is worthy of promotion.
