摘要
化工传质过程需应用多种类型的设备,其中广泛应用的是塔式设备(主要有填料塔和板式塔),塔设备的构造、操作原理及其水力学性能,仅用传统教学手段难以表达清楚。3DS MAX提供了将这些抽象概念在三维空间加以形象描述和模拟的有力工具。本文利用3DS MAX R3动画制作技术(三维建模、材质和环境设置、粒子系统、动画制作等)制作模拟了化工传质塔设备的构造、操作过程及其水力学性能的状况。学生可以用此课件从不同角度观察塔的内部构造、运行情况以及载液、液泛等水力学性能的表现。用3DS MAX制作化工教学的MCAI课件,使这一应用性的学科更加形象和具体,学生更易理解和掌握。
There are many types of equipment applied in the transfer-quality course, mainly packed column and plate column. It is difficult to describe the structure and hydraulic perfonnance of the column by the traditional teaching method. But 3DS MAX makes it easily by three-di-mensional animation design technique. By using this technique, including sculpture, material designing, particles systems and animation de-signing, the structure modei of the column has been made and the dynamic hydraulics has been simulated. The students may observe the structure of the column in several directions, and watch the appearance of the liquid flowing and the carrier liquid or the other equipment perfor-mance characteristics. The students can understand more easily the concepts of the Chemical Engineering Principle by watch this animation in MCAI course ware made by 3DS MAX.
