摘要
本文研究了A 15 1偶联剂对苎麻落麻纤维与UP的接触角、纤维的吸水性、纤维表面状态及单丝强度的影响。与没有经过偶联处理的苎麻落麻纤维增强UP复合材料相比 ,A 15 1偶联处理后的复合材料的拉伸和弯曲强度提高了 2 0 %,模量提高了 2 5 %。
The influence of coupling treatment by A-151 silane coupling agent on the contact angle between the noil ramie and UP,absorptivity,filament strength and surface state of the noil ramie is studied.Compared with those of the noil ramie reinforced UP composites before the coupling treatment,the tensile and flexural strengths after coupling treatment are 20% higher,and the modulus 25% higher.
