摘要
讨论了电能质量监测必要性 ,提出一种电能质量监测系统 .该系统采用分布式结构 ,由厂站终端装置和监测管理中心组成 .介绍了系统组成和功能 ,测量内容和算法 。
The necessity of power quality monitoring is discussed and a power quality monitoring system is presented. The distributed system configuration is applied, which is composed of station terminal unit and monitoring center. The system structure and functions, measuring points and algorithms, implementation, and application instances are mainly introduced.
