素质教育的具体实施主要依靠教师来完成 ,可见教师素质的高低将直接影响着素质教育的推行。
This article focuses on the contents and practical significance of teacher's mental quality and non-intellectual elements It mainly depends on the teachers to implement the innate quality education Therefore the teacher's qualities will directly affect to pursue the innate quality education
