摘要
研究含Ce的化学镀Co Fe B合金工艺。用恒电位法测定镀液的阴极极化曲线 ,用称重法分析镀液组成对沉积速度的影响 ,综合考察镀层表面质量及镀层与基体的结合力。结果表明 ,Ce加入后 ,化学镀Co Fe B合金镀液的稳定电位、阴极过电位、沉积速度、稳定性和镀层质量都得到了明显的提高。含Ce的化学镀Co Fe B镀液的最佳组成和操作条件为 :NFe∶NCo=1∶40 ;NaHB4 1 0 g/L ;Na2 B4 O4 ·10H2 O 4g/L ;Na2 C4 H4 O6 ·2H2 O 5 0 g/L ;Ce 1 0g/L ;温度 3 5℃ ;pH =13 ;装载量 1 0dm2 /L。
