The paper dealt with suspension polymerization of styrene with PVC seed. Particularly, the effects on the granular distribution of polystyrene were studied for dispersion system, adding amount, adding type, and adding time in detail. The results shown that the granular distribution more than 95 % with 6~26 mesh was obtained by using the composite dispersing agent of organic and inorganic ones.
