压控电抗元件的SPICE仿真

摘要 基于对应用 SPICE程序模拟压控电抗元件方法的讨论 ,针对 SPICE程序没有提供压控电抗元件库模型的问题 ,给出了用数据表格形式和多项式描述非线性压控电容的方法 ;研究了变容二极管的工作特性 ,提出了建立变容二极管 SPICE宏模型的可行方法。将变容二极管的模型插入压控振荡器电路中 ,可以对压控振荡器进行较精确的分析。设计方法简便易懂 ,在压控振荡电路的设计与仿真中有良好的应用价值。 The method of simulating the voltage dependent reactance with SPICE is discussed. The electronic element, in which the equivalent reactance changes with voltage, called voltage dependent reactance, the value of reactance is a function of their conduct voltage and current. SPICE program has not provided library models for the voltage dependent reactance. A method with which a nonlinear voltage dependent capacitance can be specified by using a data table, or a polynomial is presnted. By studing the characteristic for varactor, a method of creating SPICE macromodel is provided. It is a good solution for simulating voltage controlled oscillator with varator model. The method of modeling voltage dependent reactance derived is also effective for simulating voltage dependent oscillator in practice.
