摘要
采用紫外分光光度法测定 ,简便快速测定污染水中的酚。酚浓度在 0 .0 2 5~ 2 .0 0 0 mg/ L范围内线性良好 ,其工作曲线为 y=0 .0 0 90 4 x- 0 .0 0 313,低、中、高浓度的变异系数分别为 4 .10 %、4 .4 3%、2 .75 % ,回收率为 98.2 %~ 10 8.5 % ,方法的检测浓度限为 0 .0 2 5 mg/ L。紫外分光光度法与 4
An ultraviolet spectrophotometry method was employed for easy and rapid determination of phenols in polluted water. The method showed good linear performance in the range of 0.025~ 2.000mg/L phenols. The work curve was y=0.00904x-0.00313. The low, mid and high standard deviations are 4.01%, 4.43% and 2.75% respectively. The recovery rate was 98.2%~108.5%. The detection limitation was 0.025mg/L. No significant differences were observed in samples determined by ultraviolet spectrophotometry and 4-AAP.
