摘要
目的 观察含直肠肛管粘膜保护剂的复方角菜酸酯 (太宁栓 )治疗Ⅰ、Ⅱ度内痔的疗效及安全性。方法 采用开放、无对照的研究方法 ,全国 2 87家医疗单位 5 3 48例病人参加了本研究。全部病人均确诊为Ⅰ、Ⅱ度内痔后使用太宁栓 ,分别在使用 2、6天观察其疗效及不良反应。结果 (1)在治疗 2天后 ,病人的便血、局部不适、肛门分泌物、局部瘙痒、脱出等症状明显好转 ,有效率达 3 5 3 4% (1890 / 5 3 48)。 (2 )治疗 6天后 ,显效率高达87 2 1% ,有效率达 11 5 7% ,无效率仅为 1 2 2 %。 (3 )全组不良反应发生率仅占 1 5 8% ,均未经特殊处理而自行缓解。结论 太宁栓对Ⅰ、Ⅱ度内痔的治疗有明确的疗效 。
Objective To observe the effect and safety of titanoreine suppository which contains protectant of anorectal mucosa to treat 1～2 degree internal hemorrhoids. Methods It was an open,no-control trial.5384 patients were included in 287 medical agency over the country .All patients diagnozed as 1～2 degree internal hemorrhoids were given titanoreine,and the therapy effect and side effect were observed at day 2,day 6 after drug-use. Results (1)At day 2 after therapy, patients' symptoms of hematochezia,local discomfort ,anal secretion, local itching and prolapse were relieved significantly.The ratio of effectiveness was 35 34%(1890/5348).(2)At day 6 after therapy,the rate of significant effectiveness was 87 21%,the rate of effectiveness was 11 57%,and the ratio of no-effectiveness was only 1 22%.(3)The rate of side effect in the whole group was only 1 58%,which was self-recuperated without therapy.Conclusion Titanoreine which contains protectant of anorectal mucosa has significant effectiveness to treat 1～2 degree internal hemorrhoids without obvious side effect.
