介绍了间歇式液相本体法聚丙烯自动送料称重包装装置的特点及工业应用情况,并对应用前后的计量准确性、安全性、速度以及经济效益进行了对比。该装置标准称重为(25.00+0.05)kg,防爆要求已达到DⅡBT4级。运行近2年的情况表明,自动包装与人工包装相比,每袋可节省物料0.172kg,年可增效60万元以上。
The industrial application and characters of a kind of automatic device for discharging, weighing and packing product in the batch liquid phase bulk polypropylene plant was introduced; a comparison between pre - and post-utilization of the device in metering accuracy, safety, speed and economic profit was performed. The standard rated weighing of the device was(25.00 + 0.05) kg; and the anti - exploration specification of the device reached D Ⅱ BT4 class. The two years' operation of the device confirms that 0.172 kg polypropylene can be saved per bag and an economic profit of 600,000 Yuan RMB is created each year.
