摘要
采用新的过氧化物降解剂,解决了装置扩能后涂覆级树脂H400出现的质量波动问题,实现了H400产品在高负荷下的稳定生产。当基料分子量分布较宽时,可以用理论有效氧含量较低、用量较大、分解速度较快的过氧化物进行生产,得到分子量分布较窄的产品。对于分解半衰期过长的降解剂,可以采用降低负荷、延长加热时间的方法提高分解率。
The problem of fluctuation in quality of coating grade polypropylene(PP) resin H400, which occurred after expanding the PP plant' s production capacity, was resolved with using novel peroxides as degradant additive, and the stable operation of the plant at high load was achieved. For the base resin with wide molecular weight distribution, the peroxide having low theoretically effective oxygen content and high decomposition speed should be utilized at large dosage in the production so as to prepare the resin with narrow molecular weight distribution. In case of using degradant additive with long half - life of decomposition, the measure of reducing load and prolonging heating time could be taken to raise the decomposition rate.
