摘要
高校合并是世纪之交中国高等教育管理体制改革的重大举措。这是中国政府应对日趋激烈地国际竞争和提升中国高等教育竞争力的重要决策。事实表明 ,有形资源的合并易于操作 ,文化的融合则相对困难 ,而学校文化的创新则更难。本文分析了合并院校文化创新之必要性 。
Meeting the challenges of the competition of economy and the development of the higher education in the world, a great number of the united universities and colleges have been established in the junction of the centuries. The conformity of culture is more difficult than that of material resources in the united universities and colleges. The paper points the necessity of cultural innovation , and gives some proposals to promote the innovation of culture in these universities and colleges.
